You can ask us to delete your ShopAMRAP account and the personal information linked to it at any time. This applies to accounts used on the ShopAMRAP app (by AMRAP Industries) and on shopamrap.co.za, which share the same account.

How to request deletion

1. Email info@amrapindustries.co.za from the email address linked to your account, with the subject Delete my account.
2. We may reply to confirm the request comes from you.
3. We delete your account within 30 days and email you when it's done.

What we delete

• Your customer account and login
• Your name, email address, phone number and saved addresses
• Your marketing preferences and newsletter subscription

What we keep, and for how long

We keep records of past orders and invoices (order details, amounts and the billing and shipping details on them) for as long as South African tax and accounting law requires us to, after which they are deleted. These records are not used for marketing.
